Shenzhen GRT specializes in precision
machinery.
Since 2018, we have focused on laparoscopy abdominal surgical robotic wristed instrument components. We provide a wide range of instruments e.g. needle drivers, scissors, Potts, GPF, CDF，MBF,FBF, CBF, Cautery Hook, Cautery Spatula, Vessle Sealer and other high precision components from 4mm to 8mm, plus we can offer hightemp. resin peek injection molding and tooling.
Our facilities are equiped with comprehensive processes in house：5axis CNC tuning, plastic mold tooling, high temp. resin injection prodction, MIM injection, biocomptible brazing, total 100+ manufacturing devices, output yearly up to 200.000 piece compnonents.
Our qulity lab includes Zeiss three-dimensional and two-dimensional measuring instruments, hardness testers, tensile testers, insulation resistance testing equipment, ohmmeters, roughness testers, salt spray tests, boiling water tests, and other comprehensive performance tests to ensure product performance, safety, and reliability right from the source.
